Main characteristics Plant medium, bushy. Long cylindrical shaped fruits having round tip. Attractive shiny deep violet fruit skin color. Intermediate growth habit having few prickles (3-5) on leaves. Field duration 150 days.
Planting season and time  Heat tolerant line suitable for growing round the year, but yield is better in winter.

Rabi, September and early kahrif 1, February.

Harvesting time /days to maturity 15-17 (Anthesis to edible stage)
Yield 55 t/ha, in summer 25-30t/ha.
Resistance/tolerance Temperature tolerant, moderately resistance to bacterial wilt, soil nematodes, aphid and Jassid
Quality of the product High antioxidant
