Main characteristics | Plant height 85-90 cm. tiller/plant 6-7, leaf inclined. Flag leaf broad and elongated. Panicle initiation requires 50-55 days, Grain/ spike 50-55, white in color, medium size, 1000 grain weight 37-42 g, and white auricle present at the base of leaf. Crop duration 103-108 days. Yield of this variety comparatively higher in greater Mymensingh, Jessore, Kustia and Khulna of Bangladesh. It is also cultivated and suitable in other places of Bangladesh. |
