Main characteristics Plant height 55-60 cm, semi spreading type with medium and light green leaflets,  no pigmentation observed at seedling stage but light grey pigmentation observed in the matured stage stem, small seed size, seed slightly round shape  with deep brown color seed coat,   skin smooth,  seed larger than local variety, 1000 seed weight 155-165 g, cooking time 32-37 min, crop duration 125-130 days.
Planting season and timeRabi, 20th November to 10th December for barind area last week of October to first week of November.
YieldYield 1.8-2.0 t/ha, late planting yield is good
Resistance/toleranceResistance to wilt disease
Quality of the productProtein 19-21%
