Main characteristics Plant erect, long and deep green, all part edible as vegetable, stem (rhizome) is main edible part of this variety, stem (rhizome) round shape, thick and light green color, comparatively lower calcium oxalate, free from acidity, length of stem (rhizome) 1 m, diameter of rhizome 25-35cm, boiled homogeneously.
