Main characteristics | Plants are dwarf (av.32 cm plant height). Leaves are darker green, ovate shape with waxy layers. Pods and seeds are 26 and 30% bolder than the mother variety Dacca-1. Pods lack constriction and prominent beak. |

Land and soil type | It performs better in low pH soil of Lalmonirhat and saline soils of Chokoria.

Resistant/tolerant | The variety is moderately resistant to collar rot, Cercospora leaf spot and rust diseases. |
Yield | Maximum pod yield potential is 3.7 t/ha(av. 2..8 t/ha) in winter and 2.4 t/ha (av. 2.0 t/ha) in summer. |
Quality of the product | Seeds contain 47% oil and 28% protein. |
