Main characteristics This is a high yielding yellow seeded mustard variety. Plants are strong, erect and very tall(about 180 cm).
Year of release 1991
Days to maturityIt takes about 90-95 days to mature.
Resistant/tolerantTolerant to Alternaria disease
Yield Its maximum seed and straw yield potentials are about 2.2 t/ha(av. 1.75 t/ha) and 5.0 t/ha, respectively.
Quality of the productFarmers can obtain more biomass from cultivation of this variety for their use as fuel. Seed contains 43-44% oil.
