| Main characteristics | Stem straight, thick, pillar shape and green color. Leaf green and peltate shape. Middle and other vain of leaf sheath green color. Petiole and joint of petiole and leaf sheath green color. Rhizome light green color and flesh whitish. Mainly produced rhizome but stolon produced in limited, comparatively lower calcium oxalate, free from acidity, boil homogeneously. This variety is cultivated all regions of Bangladesh. |
