| Main characteristics | Jack bean plant not vine and not perennial as like as Sward Bean. Comparatively short as like as brinjal plant. Jack Bean pod green, curve, it also called horse bean.20-24cm long and 1.8-2.2 cm wide. Flower initiation and fruit set continuous and plant determinate. Flower pink, green bean set in cluster, seed white, rapid growing, number of bean/plant 45-55, bean weight/plant 1.0-1.5kg. This variety is suitable for edible 10-12 days after pollination, if some days more not suitable for edible, This variety cultivated in all vegetable area of Bangladesh. |
