Main characteristics | Plant is erect, stem is thick, green in colour. The leaf is green and peltate shaped. Mid and other rib is green. Petiole and petiole leaf junction is green. Rhizome is light green and flesh is whitish in colour. It is mainly rhizome producing variety. It has good cooking quality and free from acrdity after cooking. |
