Main characteristics | Plant height 85-90 cm., tiller/plant 6-7, leaf inclined, flag leaf broad and elongated. Panicle initiation requires 50-55 days, grain/ spike 50-55, white, medium size, 1 000 grain weight 37-42 g. White auricle present at base of leaf. Crop duration 103-108 days. Yield of this variety comparatively larger in higher Mymeningh, Jesseore, Kustia and Kulna of Bangladesh. It also cultivated and suitable in another parts of Bangladesh. |
